I travel to this doctor for appointments from another city. I came to her for vacuum aspiration, and during the procedure there was no pain at all. The very next day I was walking around the city.

I booked an appointment with Sarsen Feruza through this website, and the appointment was confirmed by phone. When I came at 11.10 on Wednesday, I was told that she had been moved to Monday, but I was not informed about this. I had to go for an appointment with this doctor.
Disliked
The doctor was disorganised, at first she was distracted by her phone. The previous gynaecologist prescribed a number of tests, but Nursulu Kurmantayevna tried to convince me that ferritin 20 is normal, although the lower limit is 13 and the upper is around 200. She prescribed no medications. When taking swabs, she herself forgot what she had done and behaved incompetently. She also smirked at my anatomical features — no previous doctor in my whole life has allowed themselves such a thing. After the visit I was left with a terrible aftertaste, and I even paid for it. I would like professionalism and competence from a specialist.

I came to the clinic and waited 1.5 hours. Nursulu Kurmantayevna performed the examination, although when the appointment was confirmed by phone they said she sees children.

The clinic is a mess, especially at reception: the girls cannot enter the IIN correctly. Nursulu Kurmantayevna turned out not to be a paediatric gynaecologist, although when the appointment was confirmed by phone they said she sees children. I am not satisfied with the examination, especially for such a price.
