I got through twice on the number indicated to make an appointment with Lenskaya I.G., but they were still unable to book me in.
Disliked
The call centre seemed strange to me: when the operator cannot answer a question, they simply hang up. I was never booked in for an appointment with Lenskaya I.G.

I came for the appointment, and the doctor immediately energetically set about the treatment, promised that she would cure me, described many different treatment options, and we paid a very large amount of money.
Disliked
She did not see any of the treatment options through to the end, and when she realised that she could not cope, she abruptly refused to treat me and said to look for other doctors, but not in Kazakhstan, because in the RK everyone is weak and nothing would help me.
