I arrived for the appointment early, but the doctor was not in the office. I waited 20 minutes, called the reception, and they said the doctor would come in 2 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes. The doctor came, we greeted each other dryly, she did not apologise for being late. The appointment was for 10-30, but the consultation began at 11-10. The appointment itself went according to the standard, the questions were formulaic. The doctor sent me for an ultrasound, after which she wrote out prescriptions. I spent no more than 15 minutes in the office.

I did not like having to wait so long: the doctor was not there, I waited 20 minutes, called reception, was told that the doctor would come in 2 minutes, but I waited another 20 minutes. The doctor did not apologise for being late and greeted me dryly. The appointment started at 11:10 instead of 10:30. The appointment itself was formulaic and lasted no more than 15 minutes. With such an attitude and the time spent, I could have simply gone to a polyclinic for free. When I was looking for a doctor, I read enthusiastic reviews from other patients, but in my case everything turned out the opposite.
