I booked in advance through the doq.kz website for an appointment with the gynaecologist Ligay Olga Evgenievna at the Emirmed clinic for 13:00, because it was important for me not to be late — at 14:00 I needed to be at the Green Bazaar, and the clinic was on the way. At the reception desk they started entering my details again, even though everything had already been filled in during the online booking. I paid for the appointment and again asked at reception where to go — no one told me. I went up to the second floor, at office 201 a girl with a small child was sitting without an appointment; I said that I was booked for 13:00, she replied that a patient was already inside. I waited 15 minutes, knocked — the doctor said an appointment was in progress. I waited another 30 minutes, knocked again and reminded her that I was booked for 13:00, and 45 minutes had already passed. The doctor simply said: "Come in." In the office it turned out that she had seen a patient booked for 16:00, because she had arrived earlier. I refused the appointment, as I could not wait any longer, and wasted an hour for nothing. I went to the cash desk to get my money back — they sent me to reception, reception — to the head doctor. Without apologising, he said that the refund would be in 3 days.

Very disappointed with the appointment. Complete disorganisation: they re-enter your details at reception, they don't tell you which room to go to. The doctor saw not the patient with an appointment, but the one who arrived earlier, even though my time was 13:00, and I waited 45 minutes. It gives the impression that the doctor's main goal is to see as many patients as possible, and pre-booking is not needed. Indifference to the patient and zero customer focus: at the cash desk they sent me to reception, from there to the chief doctor, and he, without a single apology, informed me that a refund would be in 3 days. When I booked, on doq.kz I saw 39 positive reviews and only 3 negative ones, and thought it couldn't be all that bad. But those 3 negative ones outweigh all 39 positive ones. The doctor shows complete disrespect for other people's time. If you value your time, your nerves and expect basic respect — avoid this doctor!
