We went to Nurlab Medical Clinic to see the otorhinolaryngologist Rushanova Maya Nurakhunovna. We were seen immediately, without delays.

In the morning I called the clinic, and the reception desk confirmed by phone that the company is not connected with the DOQ.kz website. I was also told that the doctor would not be at work at all today, because it was his day off.
Disliked
I do not recommend booking an appointment with them through the website.

This is not the first time I have consulted this doctor; the appointment was paid.

The doctor is wonderful, an excellent and competent specialist. The prescriptions helped very well, I recommend.
Disliked
I was a little disappointed by the waiting time for the appointment. Before me there was a woman with her son, their time was for 10-15, and mine was for 11. I waited 15 minutes and went in, because my appointment was paid, while they were waiting by referral for another 30 minutes while I was being consulted. In the end, their appointment was for 10-15, but they went in at 11-45. Questions about this disorder and the incorrect organisation of appointments should be addressed to the clinic itself. Perhaps there was a scheduling clash that day.
