I came to Lukpanova Sholpan Zinetovna for the second time. A close friend recommended her to me — he had his teeth done by her, wore braces for 1.3 years, and they are a sight for sore eyes.
Liked
As a doctor I liked her: she looked at the X-rays, marked everything out, showed where to remove what, where to tighten what, told me about brace systems, explained which ones to put in which case. She didn't push anything — she gave me a choice only in whether to put on metal or sapphire, ceramic, and immediately told me all about the pros and cons. I have heard only positive reviews about her. She studied in Israel for 5 years, Candidate of Medical Sciences, etc.
Disliked
The only downside is that she teaches and is often busy: she may schedule a time and not see you, you constantly have to chase after her — either she has exams, or students, etc.

My nephew had problems with his taste and teeth, and we were recommended this doctor. I myself was not treated by her, but I think that is for the best.
Disliked
The doctor, as it turned out, has let fame go to her head: she simply took 5,000 tenge, referred me for a panoramic X-ray and didn't even explain at least a preliminary treatment plan. Apparently, every word costs money! Terrible! Her brief communication left an unpleasant aftertaste. Now I understand that not all recommendations correspond to reality. I do not recommend this doctor.
