I came for an appointment, the doctor saw me in a minute and sent me for an ultrasound, and when I asked which ultrasound exactly, he said they would tell me at the cash desk.
Disliked
The doctor is terrible, he didn't explain anything to me, he can't string two words together, as if he's too lazy to talk. He never told me what was what. We left him in 1 minute, and it's unclear what he took the money for. In such a situation there should be a refund, because there was no consultation as such.

We came with my daughter because of ear pain. The doctor examined both ears with a device with a camera, took pictures and said that everything was fine. He also advised which specialist to see next.

The appointment went fine. My husband sent a photo, according to which my son had otitis media, but the doctor said it was purulent.

Of all the treatment, I kept only the nose rinsing. The otitis cleared up, the pain no longer bothered me.
Disliked
The prescribed treatment is simply terrible, antibiotics on top of antibiotics.

Ten days before that I had been at the same clinic, but in a different branch and, of course, with a different ENT. I complained of pain in my ears, throat and a blocked nose. I was diagnosed with otitis and fluid in the ears, and prescribed antibiotics, physiotherapy and a cuckoo. I took everything, but nothing changed. Then I came to this doctor. He looked and said there was no fluid, but there was some kind of formation on the palate in the throat, and advised me to go to the maxillofacial hospital. He prescribed nose drops and a cuckoo, and an anaesthetic spray for the throat. My ears still hurt just the same, and he said to go to a neurologist.

I was booked in with a completely different ENT, but for some reason he was the one who saw me. I came with ear pain, and after the examination he said that a paracentesis needed to be done, and I refused. Later I sought help with pain in the maxillofacial area, where after a tympanogram no pus was found.
Disliked
I was completely dissatisfied with the appointment. It's a good thing I left and didn't have the paracentesis done. I don't recommend him.
