I consulted a doctor at 00:45 because of severe ear pain. Previously, when I came with otitis, they first relieved the symptoms and inflammation and treated it right away, and the pain went away instantly. But this doctor referred me for an X-ray to check whether there was sinusitis. The sinusitis was confirmed, I agree with that. But when I asked him to treat my ear, he just inserted a cotton swab with lidocaine and that was it. The pain did not go away, he prescribed boric alcohol and sent me home. It is already 04:50, I am howling in pain, my head is about to explode😭.

The pain did not go away, the doctor did not help me at all. I demand a refund and even compensation. Why did I even go to the doctor if he did not help? Hire qualified doctors at Emirmed, not ones who cannot string two words together.
