I booked an appointment, came, and was told that there was no booking. Before that I had confirmed many times that I would come, and I was asked to confirm.

I never got to see the doctor because of the administrators' irresponsibility: you book, you come, and they tell you that you are not booked, even though before the appointment they asked a thousand times to confirm and I confirmed that I would come.
