I came for an appointment with the doctor, but the overall impression was bad. Right at the entrance to the consulting room I smelled an IQOS, and as a patient with lung problems it was hard for me to be there and breathe that in. Communicating with the doctor was also very difficult: he did not want to listen to my medical history, interrupted my questions and clarifications, and in the end made up answers about my life for me. It felt as if I had ended up at a lecture rather than a consultation. He also persistently and aggressively advised me to take up swimming, although I had not planned to and I have my own routine, but he was not interested in hearing that. I did not lower the rating too much, because I started treatment — I hope it helps, and if not, I will look for another doctor.
Disliked
I did not like that the consulting room smelled of IQOS and, with my lung problems, it was hard for me to breathe. The doctor did not listen to my medical history, interrupted my questions and clarifications, and made up answers about my life for me — it felt like a lecture rather than a consultation. I also did not like the aggressive advice to take up swimming, even though I had not planned to and I have my own routine, and the doctor did not want to hear that.
