I had a repeat otoplasty because the first operation in another clinic was unsuccessful. Before the operation, I was told in detail about all the details and about what result to expect. The operation itself lasted about an hour and a half and was performed under local anaesthesia. I am very afraid of any sharp objects, but thanks to the way the plastic surgeons worked professionally, I remained calm. During the recovery period, I was offered physiotherapy, and after it the swelling began to subside faster.

Otoplasty fully met my expectations — even more than I had anticipated. Many thanks to the surgeons and the clinic staff. I would especially like to note the professionalism of the plastic surgeons, thanks to which I was able to stay calm despite my fear. I also liked that during the consultation I was explained all the nuances of the operation and what to expect, and that during the rehabilitation period I was offered physiotherapy, which accelerated the subsidence of the swelling.

In early December 2017 I had an operation at this clinic.

I was delighted by the professionalism and the kind, attentive attitude of the entire staff — the security guard, the nurses, and everyone in general. I would especially like to thank the surgeon Malitskaya Irina Yuryevna. She is a specialist of the highest class. Although the operation was complex, there were many incisions and stitches, I never had any pain anywhere. In my opinion, this shows that the surgeon's hands are not just "light", but magical. And another priceless feature of her work: after recovery, it is not noticeable at all that there was surgical intervention. Those around me do not understand that this was an operation. The appearance has simply miraculously changed for the better, and that is all. I believe that the ability to make a face more beautiful while preserving its naturalness is very important for a surgeon.

I went to this clinic to have facial resurfacing done.
Disliked
I paid about 500,000 tg for the resurfacing. The scars did not disappear, and on top of that the surgeon left deep scars that I had never had before. I would not recommend the surgeon Malitskaya I. Yu. to anyone.

I booked an appointment for 12 o'clock. When I entered the hospital, I immediately wanted to run away: everything looked untidy, old and dirty. I was told that Malitskaya I. Yu. had not yet arrived and I had to wait. I sat down to wait. About 30 minutes passed, I went down to the reception and asked how much longer I would have to wait. The administrator replied: "She will only arrive by 4 o'clock." I turned around and left.

I am even glad that this plastic surgeon (Malitskaya I.) did not arrive and did not do anything to me.

Everything in the clinic is untidy, old and dirty. Malitskaya I. Yu. did not arrive on time, and I had to wait. The administrator said that she would only be there by 4 o'clock. They absolutely do not care that there was an appointment, that the client is waiting, that the client is wasting their time. She did not even come over and say that I should not wait, that she would not come. I am in mild shock. I was horrified by the operating room while I waited. People, do not waste time and money on clinics like Oxana Malitskaya's clinic.

In August 2005, when I was 45 years old, I had upper eyelid blepharoplasty. The operation was performed by Irina, Oksana's daughter. I am now 59, but the result is still excellent. My scars are completely invisible. I took the recommended tablets to avoid keloid scars. A woman of Asian descent had repeat surgery at the same time as me; after 9 years she needed surgery again. It's all individual!
