The appointment was with an attentive doctor. I was prescribed a well-chosen comprehensive treatment, tests and a prescription for medications. The doctor answered all my questions. The antibiotic was prescribed to me based on the CT scan, examination and tests.

If you are looking for a physician and you have a prolonged cough with fever, this is whooping cough, an epidemic since December 2023.

I fell ill during the holidays, and the appointment took place at your clinic. The CT scan and tests were done quickly, literally within 2 hours, without delays.

I came for an appointment with the doctor, and he immediately prescribed a couple of tests that I was missing — I had been having tests on my own, and I got them done at the clinic in twenty minutes. I received answers to all my questions and my prescriptions on the very first day of the visit.

I really liked the doctor: a professional approach to a full assessment of the body when identifying possible causes of the disease is evident. He doesn't prescribe unnecessary tests or medications. I am very pleased with the doctor and with the order in the clinic — everything is clean, tidy and well organised.

I came for an appointment with Maltseva Inna Vladimirovna, although at first I doubted — I read the reviews and thought maybe they were written by her own people for the rating. But I went anyway and did not regret it. I also had a follow-up appointment.

I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for her professionalism and human attitude. This is a very knowledgeable and sensitive doctor, polite and courteous. I went to the doctor because of pain in my leg. The doctor saw me as a rheumatologist and physician. I came with my tests already done. The doctor prescribed treatment, I had all the drips and followed all the instructions. Previously, when I was having the drips, I called the call centre [number hidden] to ask them to tell doctor Maltseva I.V. that there was no improvement, but they never passed it on (07.01.23). Today (12.01.23) I called and wrote several times again, and only then did they pass it on. The doctor said to have an ultrasound scan of the limbs again and to come back for a follow-up appointment with payment, even though I say that we did 5 days of drips and there is no improvement. She said she would call, but she never called, she only sent an sms.
Disliked
I did not like the doctor, she does not meet the requirements. All in all, it was a money-making scheme. She made prescriptions as both a rheumatologist and a physician. When I told her that after 5 days of IV drips there was no improvement, she still sent me for a repeat ultrasound of the limbs and a repeat appointment with payment. At the call centre they did not pass on to the doctor Maltseva I.V. that there was no progress, even though I called on 07.01.23, and only after my calls and messages on 12.01.23 did they pass it on. The doctor did not call, she only sent an SMS. This is an outrage and irresponsibility towards patients. Who gave her a premium rating? She is simply terrible. Please take action.
