I was not really given any prescriptions, they only said to take Nimesil. They also referred me for a venous ultrasound, although, in my opinion, this examination is not needed at all. And to have this ultrasound done, I had to wait two hours for the doctor. I will not come here again, I am dissatisfied.

I booked an appointment with Inna Vladimirovna as an infectious disease specialist. The appointment lasted about 10 minutes, the doctor didn't make a diagnosis or prescribe treatment, but only referred me for tests. I took the tests, but she flatly refused to look at them until I paid for a repeat appointment.

I do not understand why I should pay twice for a diagnosis. The initial appointment lasted only about 10 minutes, and the doctor just threw up her hands. And what if my disease is contagious? I didn't go to an infectious disease specialist for no reason. The doctor didn't leave a phone number in case the patient had questions. At the appointment she was more interested in how the mix-up had happened, and in the fact that my appointment booked through the website wasn't showing up for her. I consider the doctor unqualified. I very much regret that I ended up seeing her, wasted my time, and the disease remained undetermined — a mystery. Now it's unclear what preventive procedures are needed and, most importantly, what to carry them out against. I paid 7,000 for the appointment, and to show the test results I owe another 5,000, and how many more appointments will I have to pay for before I'm prescribed treatment? I think follow-up appointments are meant to monitor the progress of treatment, not just to siphon off money.
