Patient story
I came to see Inna Vladimirovna as an infectious disease specialist. She did not make a diagnosis or prescribe treatment, but sent me to have tests done. I had them done, but she flatly refused to look at them until I paid for a repeat appointment. The initial appointment lasted about 10 minutes, and she just threw up her hands.
Disliked
I don't understand why I should pay twice for a diagnosis. And what if my condition is contagious? It's not as if I went to an infectious disease specialist for no reason. The doctor doesn't leave a phone number in case the patient has questions. At the appointment she was more interested in how the mix-up had happened and in the fact that my booking through the website wasn't showing up for her. I consider the doctor unqualified. I very much regret that I ended up seeing her, wasted my time, and my condition was still not identified. It remains a mystery, and now it's unclear what preventive procedures should be done and, more importantly, against what.

The appointment took place, but I was never given a diagnosis.
Disliked
The doctor couldn't determine what was wrong with me and prescribed a load of tests, although one would have been enough. Besides, the reviews about this clinic are not positive.

I came to the appointment, and the doctor simply wrote down my diagnosis based on the tests I had taken earlier.
Disliked
She couldn't help me with anything else, it wasn't her profile. I regret the money spent — I gave it away for nothing.

Patient story
I chose the doctor based on length of service, qualifications and category, hoping for help from an experienced specialist. At the appointment, the history was taken from a distance of three metres, and the cause of the illness was explained by age.
Disliked
The doctor didn't approach me or touch me, she only stated truisms. I heard nothing new or useful. I am completely disappointed.

The appointment with the pulmonologist went well, I liked everything.

The doctor is a real star. She explained my problem in simple and clear language, understandable to a person without special knowledge of pulmonology. Everything was presented easily and accessibly, so it immediately became clear what exactly the problem was.

I came for an appointment, the doctor prescribed me some medications. I went round all the pharmacies, and everywhere I was told that these medicines had been discontinued. I returned to this doctor.
Disliked
The doctor prescribed medications that are strictly prohibited for use. When I returned, she declared that I believe all incompetent people but do not believe doctors. She had no time, and she left. I am very dissatisfied with the appointment.

I came for an appointment with the doctor, but she did not answer a single one of my questions, she kept saying "I don't know". She did not even suggest which specialist I should see, she only said that I needed to go to intensive care. When I asked which department and which doctor, I again heard "I don't know". The appointment lasted only 15 minutes, during which she measured my blood pressure, listened to my lungs, and that was it — the patient is healthy.
Disliked
I was outraged that the doctor did not answer a single question and showed no interest in the elevated lymphocytes that I drew her attention to. She did not even suggest which doctor to see. I got the impression that this is an express clinic — just measuring blood pressure. The appointment turned out to be money thrown away and time wasted. I had so hoped for a specialist's opinion after reading all her credentials, but apparently she has no time to think — only 15 minutes per appointment.
