My child, who has cerebral palsy, and I travelled across the whole city for an appointment with the doctor, even though we are not locals ourselves. At the reception desk we were told that this doctor does not see children under 18.
Disliked
We got there with great difficulty, and received such an answer. I do not understand why it was not possible to warn about this in advance, when the appointment was being booked. For the clinic's reputation this is a big minus.
