The doctor is a professional in his field: in other clinics I was referred for surgery, but he suggested other treatment methods.
That day I was due to have spinal surgery, but I decided to get another neurosurgeon's opinion once more — if surgery is really necessary, then fine. Before that I had seen two neurosurgeons, and they were thinking only about their own pocket, offering spinal surgery for a certain sum. But here my eyes were opened to the fact that one can simply be treated without surgery.
