We had a misunderstanding: I was given a referral to a neurologist, but I came for a paid appointment. The doctor asked on what grounds we had come — of our own accord or by referral, I answered that it was by referral, and handed over the referral and the receipt for payment of the appointment. But the doctor, it seems, did not see this receipt and decided that we were there by referral, meaning for free.

I chose this doctor because she had extensive experience, and also the clinic is near our home — it is convenient for me to get there with a baby.
Disliked
The doctor was very rude, somewhat nervous, answered questions coldly — I think that was why. We understood what was going on, because the clinic called and a girl asked why we had not paid for the appointment, and it was their own mistake: they had not seen the receipt, then found it and apologised. I think it was all because of that, because I did not like the appointment.
