We came to this doctor for the first time. The appointment lasts about 30 minutes. The clinic has a live queue, and I sat in it for 2.5 hours, so there is no point in booking through the website. I do not know if it is always like this, maybe I was just unlucky.

The doctor is good, she explained everything in detail, examined the baby without rushing, everything to the point. The ultrasound doctor at this clinic is also good, and it's convenient that during the appointment you can go into the next room and have the scan done.

The room is very small, only 5 sq m, there is no proper changing table — instead there's a rickety wooden structure. This is a question for the clinic: they should allocate a proper room for the doctor. Also, because of her age the doctor writes the medical report by hand, which is not very convenient, because afterwards it's hard to make out the handwriting.

The appointment with this doctor left me with very good impressions. The child was examined very carefully, the test results were looked at, conclusions were drawn and we were sent for further examination. They spent at least 30 minutes on us and did not take a single penny for it. They said that our problems were not their area, and recommended which specialists we should see. We will continue treatment in a different direction, I hope the recommendations were useful.
