I went to the centre because of pain in my shoulder and because my arm could hardly move: I could not raise it above 90 degrees, only parallel to the floor, and that was very painful. At night the pain also tormented me. At the consultation, the doctor Sabina listened to me attentively and carried out several examinations and tests of the muscles and ligaments. She identified the muscles that were causing the pain — they were inflamed and shortened. I was prescribed ultrasound and magnetotherapy to relieve the inflammation, after which I completed a course of kinesitherapy. Over 10 sessions the pain went away completely, and my arm now raises upwards.

The prescribed treatment helped: after ultrasound, magnetotherapy and a course of kinesitherapy, over 10 sessions I got rid of the pain completely, and my arm raises upwards. I came to this centre on the advice of friends and got an appointment with Sabina Sungatovna. She is the chief doctor of the centre and has very extensive experience in treating patients, especially such demanding ones as me. My back pain was treated with manual techniques, exercises and stretching. It all went away in 6 days.

I came for a consultation at this rehabilitation centre because of pain in my lower back. The doctor examined me attentively and asked in detail about what exactly was troubling me. He identified the problem and determined how to treat it. They explained to me in detail why this pain occurs and how the recovery would proceed. I received answers to all my additional questions. Now I am looking forward to the start of the sessions.

I went to this centre a couple of years ago because of a headache — it turned out that after maternity leave my body was out of alignment and this was radiating into my head. I was prescribed therapeutic massage and kinesiotherapy, I did it for more than two months and did exercises, and everything got better. Recently I came again, already during my second maternity leave: my shoulder seized up unbearably, and it had to be fixed urgently, because with a little one you cannot cancel the load. Kinesio, cupping and tapes helped me — they brought me back to life without painkillers, and now I still go to sessions to consolidate the result.

I was treated at the Rekinetix centre, I went there because of shoulder pain. Before that I had never been treated anywhere, so I have nothing to compare it with. The treatment took 3 months.

I want to thank the Rekinetix centre, the doctors and the reception staff for their attitude and the quality of the treatment. The doctors are responsible, the administrators always warn you in advance about the time of the appointment. They cured my shoulder pain, even if not quickly — it took 3 months, but I am happy with the result. The prices are very reasonable, in my opinion, affordable for absolutely everyone.
Disliked
There are, of course, some shortcomings in the service, but that is not a problem when the quality of treatment is high.

I like the advice the doctors give, and the exercise therapy sessions here are good. The rehabilitation specialist can suggest a set of exercises to do at home. The massage is also at the proper level. I also recommend shockwave physiotherapy — it is expensive, but it helps effectively.

I want to say that such an open and positive attitude is rarely encountered. The doctors are friendly and responsive, always answer questions and give advice. A consultation is not just a conversation and writing prescriptions, but a full examination, massage, exercises, tests and manipulations that help the doctor understand which area and which method of treatment to apply. The treatment with massage and exercises helped me in 6 days. They also give exercises to do at home — whether to do them or not is up to each person, but how quickly recovery comes depends on doing them. My child also really liked everything: he did exercises and massage individually, and his back became noticeably straighter. The doctors know how to find an approach to modern children — that's wonderful.

Sabina Menlayakova found out why my shoulder and knee were hurting and explained in detail how this problem had arisen. She selected treatment for me and a set of exercises for prevention and for doing at home. Already after the first session I felt better. A month later I had completely forgotten about the pain. I recommend her!
