The appointment at the clinic left an extremely unpleasant impression. The treatment I was prescribed did not help. Two weeks later I went back again to clarify about the medication that had been prescribed for me in case the cough did not go away.
Disliked
The service is appalling. Especially the clinic director — behaves as if she came from a collective farm. When I came back two weeks later to clarify about the medication prescribed in case the cough did not go away, I was told to get lost. They said I either had to buy a new consultation for 10 thousand tenge.
