My father had an online consultation at the Elixir clinic, the doctor gave a prescription and sent it to him on WhatsApp. After that, additional questions arose, and I tried to get answers to them.

I have a specific complaint about the staff at Elixir clinic. After an online consultation for my father and receiving the prescription via WhatsApp, I had additional questions — that's normal, doctors are usually willing to answer, and I didn't demand an immediate response. But some of my questions were only partially answered via WhatsApp, through reception, and even then reluctantly, while the rest were never answered at all, citing being busy and saying there would be no repeat explanations. Moreover, there was no initial discussion of the prescription at all. I was never put through to Dr Miloserdova: the girl at reception kept hanging up and refused to connect me with the doctor. This is the first time I've encountered such appalling service. The girl at reception didn't connect me with the doctor, kept dropping the calls, and responded on WhatsApp arrogantly and cynically. You can't treat patients like that! The money was refunded without my request — supposedly since we don't trust the doctor, take it back. But my complaint is not about the doctor or her prescription, but about the rude woman at reception, who, judging by everything, is her daughter or someone else. I will file a complaint with the Ministry of Health! I do not recommend this clinic!
