I booked an appointment to have a wart removed on my finger, I found the doctor through reviews on doq.kz. In the morning the clinic sent confirmation that the appointment would take place. I travelled across the whole city, and on the spot I was told that the doctor was absent and the wart could not be removed: they only remove certain warts, and for one on the finger a laser is needed, which they don't have. Nobody warned me about this in advance.

Time wasted — neither a consultation nor a procedure.

We brought an elderly person, he is ill, and the doctor is not coming. It has been an hour and thirty minutes, and he is still not there. It has been two hours, he has not come.

We booked an appointment for a time that was in the schedule. In the morning the administrator called and said the appointment could be moved because the doctor was at a meeting. I explained that I couldn't. An hour later the doctor called back and said he couldn't at that time. I suggested Friday evening, he replied that he couldn't either, only at lunchtime.

Why make a schedule if the appointment is cancelled? After all, we plan our time. I don't recommend.
