I booked an appointment to have a wart removed on my finger, I found the doctor through reviews on doq.kz. In the morning the clinic sent confirmation that the appointment would take place. I travelled across the whole city, and on the spot I was told that the doctor was absent and the wart could not be removed: they only remove certain warts, and for one on the finger a laser is needed, which they don't have. Nobody warned me about this in advance.

We booked an appointment for a time that was in the schedule. In the morning the administrator called and said the appointment could be moved because the doctor was at a meeting. I explained that I couldn't. An hour later the doctor called back and said he couldn't at that time. I suggested Friday evening, he replied that he couldn't either, only at lunchtime.

Why make a schedule if the appointment is cancelled? After all, we plan our time. I don't recommend.
