I came to the Andromeda clinic to Moskviche K.A. for an injection into the knee joint. I was referred specifically to this doctor. Previously I went to another clinic, but there the doctor went on holiday, and the injection was planned, I could not miss it, so I came here. The prices at the clinic are high.
Disliked
I do not advise anyone to go to this doctor. She was in an unbuttoned coat, with loose hair, without a cap, without a mask, without gloves, with dirty hands. She did not treat the skin on the knee, just took out the injection and jabbed it into the joint. There was terrible pain. When I said that it was very painful and that previously I had been given it with an anaesthetic, she was rude and replied that it was hard to please me. Aggression out of nowhere, she did not even apologise, but shouted at me in the corridor, even though I move on crutches anyway. I do not recommend her to anyone, to anyone.

I want to thank the entire team of the Andromeda clinic. The administrators are polite, inside it is clean and cosy, everything meets European standards. The nurse Svetlana, who took blood, is very competent, did everything quickly and completely painlessly, got into the vein on the first try. The doctor Ksenia Aleksandrovna, who gave me intra-articular injections, has the lightest hand and knows anatomy excellently. After two injections I already feel ease of movement and relief.
