The appointment went well. I asked how to protect myself from constipation with medication, and the doctor replied that I need to change my diet — which is obvious anyway. I have chronic constipation, hence the problems.

I liked the appointment. I also believe that doctors, in addition to general recommendations, need to know the pharmacy medications that a patient needs. And also going to the doctor and reassuring yourself — that is necessary.

The doctor only said about changing the diet, although that is clear even without her. So I found a pharmacy syrup on the internet myself that within 2 days prepares the stool for passing, without pain, without blood.
