I came to this doctor with my son to have warts removed with a laser.

The doctor said there was no need to traumatise the child, and prescribed Viusid, saying the warts would fall off on their own. She didn't charge a penny for the appointment, just gave advice. And the warts really did fall off on their own. Thank you very much.

I came to see the doctor with a large lump on my lip. Without even asking or examining me, the doctor declared it was herpes. The consultation lasted less than two minutes. She prescribed her own ointment, and the appointment cost me 11,500 tenge. I know what herpes looks like, and with this lump I had severe malaise and a headache. I immediately went to another dermatologist, who in horror referred me to maxillofacial surgery to have the abscess on my lip lanced.

A terrible doctor, Gauhar Mukashevna. She didn't even ask or look, she immediately said it was herpes. The consultation lasted less than two minutes. She prescribed her own ointment, the appointment cost 11,500 tenge. If I had listened to her, I might already have sepsis by now. If you want to stay healthy, never come to her.

The appointment with this doctor left an extremely unpleasant impression. I wasn't given any diagnosis, but they immediately asked for a large sum, supposedly covering the entire treatment. In a private clinic, the doctor seemingly buys medicines for the patient herself and, without any tests, estimates how much the treatment will cost — I have never encountered anything like this. At the reception, this doctor was pushed on me and praised.

The doctor is disgusting, focused only on money. She didn't make any diagnosis, asked for a considerable sum, which supposedly included the entire treatment. Where have you ever seen a doctor in a private clinic buying medicines for a patient and, without any tests, estimating how much the treatment would cost. On top of that, at the reception she was outright pushed on me and praised.

I came for an appointment with a doctor at the MSD clinic on Shevchenko Mukanova. I was prescribed the wrong thing, and I had to insist on an ultrasound and tests myself.
Disliked
The doctor turned out to be terribly incompetent. She prescribes the wrong thing, and I had to insist myself on what was needed — an ultrasound examination and tests. In the end I wasted money and time. I wouldn't advise anyone to end up at the MSD clinic on Shevchenko Mukanova.

I paid for a course of acne treatment and went for it for six months.

At first there was still a result from the treatment.
Disliked
But the acne never fully cleared up. I didn't like that there's a live queue there, and the doctor often went out for a smoke break. Sometimes you're lying there, and her hands smell of cigarettes. On top of that, the doctor doesn't wash her hands and immediately starts working. That's what I don't like.

I came for an appointment with a dermatologist with an itchy rash. The doctor examined me only visually, not thoroughly, and didn't do any tests. The appointment lasted exactly 5 minutes. I have been taking the prescribed medicine for three weeks now, but there is no improvement. Then I went to another branch of the same clinic to another dermatologist — there they made a different diagnosis and also prescribed a medicine, I took it, but it doesn't help either.

I am not impressed with the doctor. She doesn't really explain anything, I had to ask a load of questions myself. The appointment lasts exactly 5 minutes, the appointment costs 5000 tg, though a follow-up is free. No tests are done, only a visual, not thorough examination. There is no improvement from the treatment, and in another branch of the same clinic they made a different diagnosis, but the medicine doesn't help either.
