I went to an appointment with the doctor, but it turned out that he is not an audiologist, only an ENT. The doctor himself said that he is not an audiologist. But I specifically needed an audiologist. Moreover, at the clinic they take payment before the appointment. After the appointment I wanted to get my money back, but I did not want to spend my time and energy explaining things to the clinic administration.

I did not like this doctor's work, because he did not perform the duties of an audiologist. The doctor himself said that he is not an audiologist, so why is it incorrectly stated here? This doctor is only an ENT, but we specifically needed an audiologist. And at the clinic they make you pay before the appointment, after the appointment I wanted to get my money back, but I had neither the time nor the energy to explain things to the clinic administration.

I came to this doctor asking him to rinse my ear and remove the wax plug. He referred me to his business partner for an audiogram, which showed that my hearing was normal. Then a young moustachioed specialist sat me down at some device, and I lost another 20 minutes. For all 3 appointments I paid each time.
Disliked
My ear was never rinsed, and the plug remained. What kind of treatment is that anyway? I had to go to the veterans' polyclinic to which I am attached.
