I came for an appointment with the ENT specialist at Dostar Med in Ainabulak — the doctor was Murdinova Zulfira Isakovna. I complained of a severe headache and a runny nose: my nose was blocked, and the frontal part hurt so much that it was painful to blink. The doctor said "oh-oh-oh" and sent me to polyclinic 11 in Ainabulak, across the road from Dostar Med, to have an X-ray. I went. There they took the X-ray, charged me one and a half thousand, and gave the diagnosis: right-sided frontal sinusitis, a cyst of the left half of the frontal sinus, rhinitis, hypertrophic sinusitis. I turned pale. With this diagnosis I went back to the ENT specialist, she shrugged, said "oh, how awful", that she couldn't give a diagnosis in such a situation, that surgery was needed because of the cyst, and referred me to the maxillofacial unit on Lenin.

This woman, Murdinova Zulfira Isakovna, has a cushy job: I came with complaints, and she just went "oh-oh-oh" and sent me to polyclinic 11. There it's a complete ALIS KAPUT, those "doctors" fleeced me out of one and a half thousand, took an X-ray and made a diagnosis: right-sided frontal sinusitis, cyst of the left half of the frontal sinus, rhinitis, hypertrophic sinusitis. I just went pale. With such a diagnosis I went to the ENT woman, she shrugged and said "oh, how awful, I can't make a diagnosis in such a situation, you need surgery, you have a cyst" and referred me to the maxillofacial centre on Lenina.
