I came for the appointment and was 15 minutes late, but no problems arose because of this.

The doctor is excellent and attentive: I was listened to and they tried to understand the chronology of my complicated story. They noticed several problems that come together in my case — it was clear that the doctor really wanted to understand me and tried. The doctor thinks not only about money: she clearly said how many sessions would be needed, and did not immediately prescribe a pile of pills.

We came for a consultation with my mum, and Gulzhan Tezekbayevna listened to us attentively. I got a good impression that she immediately understood what the problem was, prescribed the appropriate treatment and explained why exactly so. The treatment is not quick, we will hope for a good result. We have been treating for a little over a month, and mum has felt better, the treatment is working.
