I came to this doctor's appointment with ready ultrasound results and tests. The appointment lasted 15 minutes, we just sat there waiting. The doctor did not examine the patient, did not make a diagnosis, gave no specifics, just printed out a consultation sheet based on the ready tests, one could say she copied them. She sent us for additional tests and told us to send the results to her on WhatsApp so she could advise. A couple of days later in the morning I sent her the test results, waited until the evening, but never received a proper reply. I wrote twice, she reads and does not answer. In the evening I called her myself, she picked up and rudely replied that I was not her only patient, and so on. I had to listen to this, even though I spoke to her politely and respectfully.

I do not recommend this doctor. As a doctor, we did not like her at all. The appointment was pointless, she did not examine the patient, I do not know what we paid 8,500 tenge for. She did not make a diagnosis, no specifics, she just printed out a consultation sheet, relying on ready-made tests, one could say she copied it. She sent us for additional tests, told us to send the results via WhatsApp, I sent them in the morning, waited until the evening, but did not receive a proper reply. I wrote twice, she reads and does not answer. When I called myself in the evening, she picked up and rudely replied that I was not her only patient, and so on. I had to listen to it, even though I spoke correctly and respectfully. Honestly, it is very unpleasant, because we came on a paid basis. The appointment is not worth that kind of money.
