The impression from the appointment was very bad. The doctor was in a big hurry. He removed a keratoma on my back, although it didn't bother me. Through the mirror they didn't show me what exactly had been removed. And the spot that itched and hurt remained.

The doctor did not really explain anything. After the laser procedure, very severe redness began, which did not go away for about 2 months. When I asked what to do, I was always told that it happens that way and everything would pass.

I came to have a mole removed, and after the procedure I was left with a brown scar. The doctor did not warn me about this possibility at all, on the contrary, he assured me that there would be no scars after removal. I trusted his words. Later, after comparing with other dermatologists, I realised that at the MCD clinic you don't even sign a contract before the procedure.

I did not like that the doctor did not warn about possible consequences and answered questions very briefly and unclearly. He seemed to me very self-confident, but unfortunately without grounds. At the clinic they don't talk about possible consequences and don't sign a contract before the procedure. Also at the appointment there were very strong marketing tricks, for example, a discount for removing a larger number of moles. Such tricks push you towards hasty and ill-considered actions, while the clinic only cares about getting money. In the end I was left dissatisfied and walked out of there in tears, because I should not have listened to them so trustingly.
