We arrived at the appointed time, but the doctor was not there, and we were not seen. We had to travel a whole 60 km.
Disliked
The attitude is outrageous, I am simply beside myself with indignation. They say it is a mistake of the dok.kz website. I ask that this situation be looked into.

The first time my daughter, who was 15 years old at the time, and I saw this doctor was 15 years ago. She was given a terrible diagnosis — hip dysplasia. We were lucky to get an appointment with him, and fortunately he did not confirm this diagnosis.

My heel hurt for six months, so I came for an appointment. The doctor didn't even touch me, he just showed me exercises from the internet. When I got indignant, he said: well, let me have a look at you. The appointment lasted 5 minutes, and they charged 10000 tenge for it. Then I found another doctor: he pressed on the right points, released something there, I did one exercise in front of him, and the appointment lasted 40 minutes. After that I felt reborn, nothing hurts.

You can't treat people like that! I don't recommend going there.

I have already written a bad review about this doctor more than once, but on most websites it gets deleted. We came to him when my son was 7 months old, and he diagnosed hip dislocation and told us to wear orthopaedic stirrups.
Disliked
As a doctor I didn't like him. I felt sorry for the baby, and I didn't buy these stirrups, I decided to let him grow up, and then we'd fix it. Now my son is 6 years old, there is no dislocation, the child walks, runs and jumps normally. The doctor's professionalism — 0.

We came with a 4-month-old child for an appointment, and during the examination the doctor, without saying anything or asking permission, manipulated his spine.
Disliked
After that, the child's neck began to curve to one side, although before the appointment it was straight. We called Musin, and he says that it's nothing serious, that this happens and will pass, and that a curved neck after manipulation is normal. What right does a doctor have to manipulate a child without the parents' permission? Don't go to this doctor, have pity on your child. Or at least warn him that your child doesn't need any manipulation.
