The appointment with the ENT doctor Muslim Kural Kuanyshbekuly took place on 13.08.25. I have been troubled by sinusitis for more than 4–5 months. The doctor sent me for a CT scan, after which he stated that everything was fine with me and gave me a referral to a neurologist. The neurologist prescribed me restorative pills for the nervous system.
Disliked
The problem with my nose has not gone away: congestion, yellow discharge and headaches still torment me. It seems to me that my complaints were not considered as they should have been. I have doubts whether the examination was carried out thoroughly and whether the Emir Med clinic has the necessary equipment. The attitude towards me seemed superficial, because the cause of my condition was never found.

I booked an appointment with Muslim Kural, but instead a completely different doctor saw me — Makhsudov Bekzhan. At reception I was told that they would change the booking and I would go in to see him. The paediatrician referred my nine-year-old son to an ENT to check his throat.
Disliked
I was unhappy with the visit. The ENT specialist Bekzhan met us very coldly, he didn't even say hello. When I explained that the paediatrician had referred my son to have his throat checked, he asked sarcastically: why did you come to me, have you mixed up the doctors? And he added that if the throat is bothering us, we should go to the paediatrician, while making a condescending face. He is not aware that a paediatrician can also refer a patient to identify other illnesses. What kind of impudence is that? How can you talk to a patient in such a tone? Then, reluctantly, he said: fine, I'll check. At the end he didn't really say anything, he didn't even print out the diagnosis or hand me the paper, no goodbye — he just sat down and ignored us. Why I paid — honestly, I didn't understand myself. I ask that a talk be held with this doctor and that he be taught etiquette, as well as the fact that it is his duty to give patients, and especially children, a proper reception, in accordance with his diploma, his experience and the oath he took when he decided to become a doctor.
