The appointment took place with Alyona, and she went through in detail with me each of her conclusions and everything she prescribed. Everything that remained unclear was explained to me, and additional questions about skin care and cosmetology were answered. I was listened to attentively, I was not rushed anywhere, my problems — acne and psoriasis — were discussed, and answers were given to all the questions that interested me.

Alyona is an excellent professional: she explained her conclusions and the prescribed treatment, clarified the unclear points and answered additional questions about skin care and cosmetology. It is noticeable that she follows the latest research in dermatology and keeps her knowledge and treatment methods up to date. I really liked that the doctor did not rush anywhere and attentively listened to all my problems.
