I came for an appointment with the doctor, having booked through idoq at a discount.

The doctor spoke to me haughtily and did not really explain anything. It felt as if, because I had booked with her through idoq at a discount, I was immediately treated with disdain. She got nervous and snapped at every question I asked. I am not a doctor but a patient, and things need to be explained in plain language.
