My daughter, she is 16 years old, and I came for an appointment with Gulshаt Baltybayevna. First the doctor examined us carefully, felt everything, asked about the medical history, looked at the tests and referred us for examinations, which we were able to undergo right at the clinic. Then she prescribed treatment and told us all about it, gave advice and recommendations.

I am a patient of Gulshаt Baltybayevna; as far as I know, she now works at the Centre for Molecular Medicine — many doctors from Samal moved there after it closed — and she also sees patients at Medi Service. During the quarantine she conducted appointments online via WhatsApp.

She is an excellent doctor — both a physician and a gastroenterologist. She does not prescribe anything unnecessary and treats you like a close person.
Disliked
But she is strict and requires that I follow all her prescriptions and diets.
