I booked an appointment, came, but the doctor was on sick leave. It turned out that no one had notified me about the cancellation of the appointment.
Disliked
This service does not inform you if an appointment is cancelled. The doctor went on sick leave, but no one called me or warned me in advance. I came for nothing, wasted my time, and 12 hours of fasting were wasted for nothing. The call centre has my number, why not call and let me know?

Everything was explained to me clearly right away and they told me in detail how the procedure would go. The procedure itself was under anaesthesia, I was asleep and barely took part in it. Afterwards the doctor explained the results in detail, said there were no abnormalities, and told me what had been done. I was looked after almost until full recovery, until I had completely come round.
