I came to the IRM on the advice of friends, because I was disappointed with the doctors at other clinics in Orbita and on Askarova, and I immediately got an appointment with Professor Kudaibergenov T.K. I had surgery — laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, histology and so on.

I am very grateful to my dear doctor Talgat Kapayevich for the successful operation, for his professionalism, golden hands, kindness, attentive care, humour and support. Thank you to the anaesthetist Karabekov Nurzhan Baltabayevich for his flawless work — the anaesthesia was painless, I did not even feel it. To Daniyar Valikhanovich — for his moral support. A special thank you to the nurse Gulvira, Marina Viktorovna from room 38, and the staff of the gynaecology department — Asel, Zaure, Marzhan, Zlikha and others — for their care and attention, and to Saltanat for the delicious food. A pleasant atmosphere of service from reception, from all the staff, right through to discharge.

On 29 August I had a laparoscopy and a hysteroscopy. The operation was performed by the reproductive surgeon Onlas Anna Ruslanovna and the anaesthetist Nurzhan Baltabayevich. After the anaesthetic I came round without any problems, and just four hours after the operation I was walking along the corridors.

I want to thank the whole team at the IRM from the bottom of my heart for their high professionalism. Onlas Anna Ruslanovna and Nurzhan Baltabayevich are wonderful doctors, everything went splendidly, I came out of the anaesthetic easily, without complications. Anna Ruslanovna gave me great hope for a favourable outcome of all my efforts and worries! I very much hope that thanks to these wonderful doctors I will find the happiness of motherhood. Thank you to the medical staff Akmaral, Gulzadam and Zylikha for their humanity, sensitivity and kindness! May all of us have human, feminine, maternal happiness!
