I had an ultrasound with this doctor — both for pregnancy and for general diagnostics.

She is the best ultrasound doctor! The Doppler study was performed beautifully and gently. When they did the ultrasound of our baby, the doctor asked who he would look like, and the photo from the ultrasound turned out exactly as the child was born!

Last year, in 2015, I kept coming to you for an ultrasound. Back then, a man worked in room 16, unfortunately, I did not remember him. Today, 12 August 2016, I came again, and a different ultrasound specialist saw me — Nysanbayeva Akmaral.

The male ultrasound specialist in room 16 was always attentive and patient. I have always liked your centre, and I sent my girlfriends there too.
Disliked
Nysanbayeva Akmaral turned out to be terribly rude: for my own money she did not want to examine me properly. When I wanted to ask about my scar, she mocked me and said that the whole of Almaty would laugh at her if she measured it for me. She flatly refused to examine the floor. What are they charging 3,900 for then? For people to laugh at me? An unpleasant aftertaste remains. At reception the girls laughed at my surname. I will never set foot in your centre again. I ask you to take measures, otherwise she will scare off all the patients with her rudeness, and you will lose them, since there are many clinics now. For that kind of money they would examine you with a smile. I am still in shock and an unpleasant feeling remains after today's visit to your centre.
