He diagnosed the child with grade 3 adenoids, although we came with symptoms of a cold. A diagnosis of adenoids is made specifically against a healthy background. He also sent us for an X-ray of the nasal sinuses, supposedly to check for sinusitis, although there were no indications — fever, pain, etc.
