The doctor immediately put me at ease, spoke in a calm voice and explained everything to me, he inspired trust. During the procedures he acted delicately, tried to make it painless — one can see that he works carefully, and not out of habit, as happens with some doctors because of their daily practice. I am a doctor myself, and after visiting this doctor I also wanted to change my attitude towards patients — to be more caring, attentive and kinder, because for a patient this, it turns out, is very important. I also liked the clinic itself: one can feel a common team spirit, every member of the staff always says hello and asks how things are going. After the operation they literally came up to me every minute and asked whether everything was all right. Even the physician who gave permission for the operation came and asked how it had all gone. A very good doctor. At the reception desk the girls are very polite, they will always advise you and warn you via WhatsApp. In short, I would not have written so much if I were not satisfied. So those who are choosing a proctologist can safely turn to Nursultan Amanzholovich. Good luck to everyone!
