We came to the clinic for an appointment, but we were told: "Sorry, your appointment has been cancelled because this doctor does not see children of your age", even though we had stated the age.

The doctor referred me for an X-ray and tests. I went for the X-ray, returned to the clinic and wanted to see the doctor, but it seemed to me that she had already left.
