I took my father to this doctor in a serious condition. We did not know what illness he had, they said it was his heart. After taking him to this doctor, we found out it was pneumonia. I booked an initial appointment through the website, with a special offer for 3,500 tenge, with the ENT specialist Orazbayev Arman Bazarbekovich. I came with nose problems, possibly sinusitis. I could not have an X-ray because I am in the early stages of pregnancy. The doctor examined my nose, throat and ears, performed a nasal lavage (cuckoo) and throat treatment. Tomorrow will be the second day of me going for nasal lavage and throat treatment.

The impressions remained positive. Attentive, tactful, kind-hearted. The appointment went without negativity, jabs or rudeness. He gave recommendations for further treatment: children's nose drops, throat sprays, gargling. Nothing else is allowed for me. The doctor kindly said: "We will try to cure you."
