I came to this doctor with acute ear pain, being pregnant, and I was worried about what was allowed and what was not in my condition. The doctor calmed me down and explained everything, and most importantly — the pain went away after the first appointment. Then I got ill again and went to another specialised clinic near my home, but they did not help me there. Now I travel across the whole city just to see him. Yesterday I also brought my daughter, because something was bothering her, and he immediately prescribed and did everything.

My school-age children and I have come to see Ardak Bakytovich on more than one occasion. Usually the complaints were a blocked nose or a sore throat. The doctor listened to me, examined us, if necessary referred us for an X-ray, and after that a diagnosis was made — all at a professional level.

The treatment he prescribed mostly helped, the children recovered quickly. Many thanks to Ardak Bakytovich for his friendly attitude and his approach to children. The Emirmed medical centre generally leaves a very good impression: it is always clean there, the staff are polite, and although there are of course queues, especially during the illness season, you mostly get an appointment quickly.
