I came to this doctor on a recommendation.
I didn't regret it at all: the doctor is very knowledgeable, professional and tactful. He performs all procedures confidently and quickly, and prescribes treatment adequately. The nurse is also very knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend this doctor to my friends and acquaintances.

I paid 11 thousand for the X-ray, at the cash desk they also asked for 5 thousand for the rinse, and he said I needed to come to him for rinses for another 5 days at 3,500 per procedure. After all that, he referred me to a therapist. I will do that, but I trust his treatment prescription a little less.

I went to Emir Med on Rozybakiev to Shyngys (I don't remember the surname). There they did pneumomassage, and at the polyclinic they rinsed his nose. Now, thank God, there is no water, and the ear hears.

My ear hurt, and for 10 days I could not find the right doctor. At first I thought Ardak was a young guy and probably did not know much. Then I sent my friend to ask where the doctor who treated Arsen's ear last year was, and it turned out she meant exactly this person. It was this doctor who operated on my friend's son's ear last year. I came without hesitation. I was seen for 5 days, and within 5 days he gave me treatment as if nothing had ever been wrong with my ear.
His hands are gentle, he is a master of his craft. Ardak, thank you! May you see the fruits of your labour and keep conquering new heights. I recommend you to all my acquaintances.

I believe the procedure was performed incorrectly: a lot of the medication was left over. I have bilateral sinusitis in an acute stage, and I came specifically to be treated.

When the tests were ready, he again said that everything was fine. So it turns out he knew that all along — why then prescribe tests without a clear need? They could have at least given me a choice and explained what I was having my blood tested for.

Overall, I was left disappointed by the attitude towards the patient.
