The appointment took place with a paediatric ENT doctor. The doctor examined the child with an endoscope and did everything carefully. They explained to me in accessible language what the condition was, answered all my questions and carefully explained which medicines should be taken and which should not. We started the prescribed treatment, and I hoped it would help the child. But after 3 days there was no positive progress, so we went to another ENT doctor. He gave a different diagnosis, prescribed his own treatment, and it helped.
