During the appointment my ears were irrigated, and the nozzle damaged my ear. After that I went to another clinic, and there I was diagnosed with post-traumatic otitis.

The director of the clinic contacted me personally and reimbursed the treatment at their clinic, so I have no complaints about the clinic itself — they reacted quickly and apologised.

But four months have already passed, and I still feel the consequences of the doctor's mistake: my ear periodically feels blocked, there is discomfort, sometimes it even hurts. I think this discomfort will stay with me for a long time yet, so even though the clinic reimbursed the money for the treatment there, I consider it fair to leave this review here. As for the doctor's behaviour — I still consider it unacceptable to 'get scared' and not inform the patient about the mistake, to continue irrigating the ear knowing about the wound, and not to take urgent measures to reduce the consequences of the injury.
