I came to the appointment with my daughter, her ear hurt badly. The doctor listened to me attentively, examined my daughter herself and, with the help of equipment, showed and explained everything. Only after that she prescribed treatment — medication and physio-warming. She immediately sent my daughter for physiotherapy so that she would feel better and recovery would come faster.

I was diagnosed with sinusitis. With X-rays it's always a separate story. The guy asks about the complaints and the doctor's diagnosis not for the first time. In the end, in the conclusion he wrote something that isn't there! Money down the drain. The treatment didn't help us.

I came for an appointment, but the doctor turned out to be completely different from the one I had booked. I was immediately sent for an X-ray without being asked anything. Before that, I had to pay for it at the cash desk, but the price was not given. There were 16 people in the queue for the X-ray, and I waited 1.5 hours. I returned to the doctor with the image, and there were 4 people in her office at the same time; she was doing something with all of them at once, including me. After the procedures, she prescribed systemic treatment, which, according to her, had to be done at their place, and the medications had to be bought at their pharmacy as well. Then she wrote something on a piece of paper with a pen and said that before leaving I had to pay 4000 at the cash desk for the procedures. I was seen by Bektasova Maira Asylbekovna.

The website says the price is 3500, but in reality it's 6000, and I only found out at the till when I was about to tap my card. The doctor I had booked with wasn't there — another one saw me. Without asking anything, I was immediately sent for an X-ray, and before that I had to pay for it at the till, without being told the price. The queue for the X-ray was 16 people, I waited 1.5 hours. When I came back with the scan, there were 4 people in the room at the same time, the doctor was doing something with all of them at once, including me. She prescribed systemic treatment, which you absolutely have to have done there, and the medications have to be bought in their own pharmacy. Then she wrote something on a piece of paper with a pen and said that before leaving I had to pay 4000 at the till for the procedures. To be honest, I have never seen anything like this, it felt like I had been in an African hospital with complete lack of hygiene, where she wiped all the instruments with the same dry wipe.

It caused some indignation that the doctor prescribed an antibiotic without waiting for the results of the bacterial culture. As a result, the child took the antibiotic for nothing, since there was no sensitivity to it.

The appointment was over in literally 5 minutes: the doctor printed out the prescription and that was it. At the same time, I had to wait, even though it was our turn.

The attitude towards the child and towards the patient in general was inadequate. Little information: why, how — overall she explained nothing, just printed out the prescription and that was it. The examination took literally 5 minutes. She made us wait, even though it was our turn.
