I came with my child to the ENT doctor, to check the adenoids in his nose an instrument with a camera was inserted. I asked the doctor to sprinkle lidocaine before the examination, because I said that it was being inserted deep into the nose. The doctor kept saying "Yes, yes" and was sprinkling it. My child got scared and completely refused to let it be examined any further. In the end, he scratched his nose with the instrument, we barely managed to do the rinsing. Before this, other ENT doctors would talk to my child, distract him, numb his nose, and only then examine him. As a result, we could not determine what grade of adenoids my child has.

The doctor could not establish any rapport with my child at all. When I asked to sprinkle lidocaine before the examination, the doctor kept saying "Yes, yes" and was sprinkling it, but my child got scared. My child got very frightened, now he is afraid to enter the ENT office, he cries and says he won't go. Every doctor, when working with a child, should think through every step.

I came to the appointment with a one-year-old child, I wanted the baby's nose to be rinsed.
Disliked
For some reason the doctor needed us to have a test done, and we had a rhinocytogram and a complete blood count. She does the rinsing for the child anyhow, the consulting room is a thoroughfare. In the evening they said the results would be ready, I called to find out, and the doctor does not pick up the phone. We had the tests done simply to spend money into the doctor's piggy bank.
