I came for an appointment, I needed to have tests done before surgery. I was booked in for 16:00. At 15:00 I got a call and was told that if I didn't make it by 15:30, the appointment would have to be moved to another day. I was indignant, because this had never happened before with DOC, and I have been using it for several years. I called the administrator back and said that I couldn't rebook. She started making up that I wasn't actually booked in, but only marked. Arriving at the clinic at 15:55, I saw the doctor in good health, and waited another 5 minutes while she turned on the computer.

I came for a consultation for the first time, and I had a full examination, as it should be. I brought my already prepared basic tests with me, and then additionally an ultrasound of the cervico-occipital zone and an MRI were done. I took the tablets as prescribed and did the exercises.
